Estimator

We are seeking an individual with the proven ability to accurately forecast project resource requirements and costs based upon architectural drawings and specifications. This position will perform a variety of tasks under the general supervision of the project management team.

Education | Bachelor’s degree 

Prior Experience | Candidates must have 5 to 8 years of construction and field-related experience. Must be familiar with industry standards, concepts, practices and procedures.

Project Manager(s)

We are seeking individuals with the proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and commercial and technical risk. The position communicates directly with clients, architects and contractors, prepares project status reports and works to ensure all project objectives are achieved. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks, including leading and directing the work of others, and must consistently demonstrate sound judgment, creativity and problem-solving abilities. This position reports to top management.

Education | Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is required. CMAA certification / LEED accreditation are highly desired.

Prior Experience | Candidates must have 5 to 8 years of project management experience, strong written and verbal communications skills, solid computer skills, an in-depth understanding of construction contracts and familiarity with industry standards, concepts, practices and procedures.

Field Superintendent(s)

We are seeking individuals to oversee diverse construction activities at project sites. Key responsibilities include maintaining client and contractor relationships, managing the overall progress and quality of the work, safety, the administration of change orders, contract compliance and dispute resolution. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks, including leading and directing the work of others, and must consistently demonstrate sound judgment, creativity and problem-solving abilities and be willing to travel for extended periods of time, up to 3-6 months at a time. This position works under the supervision of the project manager. 

Education | Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is desired.

Prior Experience | Candidates must have 8 to 12 years of field supervisory experience and be familiar with industry standards, concepts, practices and procedures.

Business Development Manager(s)

We are seeking individuals with a proven track record in developing new business opportunities in a design-build and construction management environment. Strong computer and organizational skills are essential. This position works independently so candidate must be self-motivated, demonstrate a strong work ethic, sound judgment, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. These positions may be available in locations other than the company’s home office location.

Education | Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field highly desired.

Prior Experience | Must have highly refined relationship development and written and verbal communication skills.
